AMLITE WAVE SOLDERING PALLET MATERIAL

Amlite Material – By using woven glass fabric as the base and an extra high temperature resistance formula chemical resin, Amlite is designed and manufactured to be used for Wave Soldering Pallet material. It’s short-term high temperature resistance of 380°C is good against thermal shock that can happen during the process and excellent machinability and durability makes it a preferred choice over other materials for this application. Amlite is also equipped with homogeneous Anti-Static (ESD) properties, making it suitable for use in static sensitive environment even after machining.

PE / HDPE / UHMWPE (POLYETHYLENE)

PE (Polyethylene) – Polyethylene is a general thermoplastic with good chemical resistance and elongation properties. PE also have good insulation properties and is one of the material choice for plastic welding application. PU (POLYURETHANE)

Polyurethane(PU) is a material that encompass both the properties of rubber and plastic. PU is highly resistance to abrasion and impact, it also offers a certain degree of elasticity similar to rubber It is also resistant to flex fatigue and have the ability of bear heavy load.
